The first 30-min of this workshop will be an overview of the role a DASL has in the theatre space, open to a broad audience. The last hour will break into two workshops: 1) hands-on workshop for theatres on how to get started working with DASLs; and 2) aspiring Deaf interpreters and DASLs who will learn the basics of being a DASL, limited to 15 participants.
